Last night I destroyed my portrait.
Here are 5 lessons it taught me about authentic personal branding 🧵
1. Your past doesn't define you. Mine is locked in the old schoolroom upstairs. 🔒
2. Invest in your personal brand. Mine hasn't aged a day in eighteen years.
3. Do one good deed and document it. I spared a village girl named Hetty. Still waiting on the ROI.
4. Cut ties with what's holding you back. I used the same knife as last time. Sustainability matters. ♻️
5. Stay authentic. Last night, the real me finally took over.
